He also holds a master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arizona and a bachelor degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
He is admitted to practice law in both Virginia and California. John is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts in the Central and Eastern Districts of California and the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court.
He is also a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Beach Bar Association and The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
Genene E. Gardner, esq.
Managing Attorney
Genene E. Gardner, managing attorney, is a Virginia Beach native. She received her law degree (juris doctorate) from Regent University School of Law. She also received her bachelor degree from Longwood University. Genene is admitted to practice in Virginia and practices in the areas of family law and bankruptcy.
Genene is a member of the Virginia State Bar, The Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association and The Virginia Beach Bar Association. In her spare time she enjoys gardening.
Sebastiana R. Bradstreet, esq.
Associate Attorney
Sebastiana Bradstreet is an associate attorney with Merna Law. She attended undergrad in the Chicago area at Olivet Nazarene University, majoring in Political Science and History. She moved to Virginia to attend law school at Liberty University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. Sebastiana is licensed to practice in Virginia and focuses on consumer Bankruptcy law in our Newport News office, as well as divorce and Estate Planning. In her spare time Sebastiana likes to hike with her family and rock climb.
